SSCC's new library is located in the heart of campus across from the Jerry Brockey Student Center. The Library offers a variety of services to students, faculty and staff at SSCC, as well as to community borrowers.
Library hours are subject to change during class breaks and holidays.
In the center of the library you will find the Information Commons, with 96 computers available for your use. These provide you with word processing, spreadsheets, internet and other applications. A lab aide is always on duty to help you with questions about using the computers.
On the upper level of the Library you will find the Tutor Center and the Writing Center, Room 205.
The Writing Center offers conferencing by English teachers and peer writing assistants on any writing assignment in the SSCC curriculum. Skills work in sentence structure, vocabulary development, spelling, and keyboarding is also available.
